I worked with Farzad at Topcon and while Farzad was a skilled and talented Project Manager what really stood out was his drive to take on new challenges as well as his dedication and passion to learn and grow. While at Topcon, Farzad was tasked to take control of a complex and difficult portfolio of projects that were red across the board. Unfazed by the daunting challenge he worked tirelessly to drive the projects, engage with the customers, stakeholder and project teams to bring the program under control and the projects back to green. For as look as I have know him, Farzad has always demonstrated exceptional self-awareness, decision making, motivation, stakeholder management, planning & prioritization, commitment to his work and loyalty to his team while remaining approachable and always willing to help. Farad is an exceptional Project Manager and leader and I cannot recommend him highly enough, I have no doubt that he would be a value asset to any team or organisation.
